Auvexa Sports Physio (“Auvexa”, “we”, “us”) is a sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic at 24 Stadium Road, Your City. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
We collect the details you give us when you book or contact us — name, email, phone number and the sport you play — and the clinical information recorded during your assessment and treatment, including injury history, test results and progress notes.
We use your information to deliver and manage your care, send appointment reminders, process payments and insurance claims, and, only with your consent, send our newsletter. We never sell your data.
Clinical records are treated as special-category data. They are stored in an encrypted practice-management system, accessed only by the clinicians involved in your care and retained for the period required by professional regulations.
We share information only when needed for your care or required by law — for example with your surgeon, GP or insurer, and only with your permission unless the law requires otherwise.
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@auvexa.com and we will respond within 30 days.

By booking an appointment you agree to our clinic terms: appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, prices are shown before booking, and treatment plans are guidance based on clinical assessment rather than a guaranteed outcome.
