OVERVIEW
Knee injuries are rarely just a knee problem. We look at how you move, land, cut and load before we touch a treatment table — then build a plan around the demands of your sport.
Your program combines hands-on therapy, progressive strength work in our on-site gym and objective testing on force plates, so every milestone is measured rather than guessed. Whether you are recovering from ACL reconstruction or managing patellar tendon pain, you always know what comes next and why.

FAQ
Do I need surgery for an ACL tear?
–
Not always. Many athletes return to sport with a structured rehab program alone. We assess knee stability, your sport and your goals, and refer you to a surgeon only when it is the right call.
